I have a great team of drupal developers ofshore, but as I get close to launching beta, the need for quicker turnarounds, day meetings, as well as a Technical lead versus a technical team which I can't lead becomes evident.
I am toying with the idea of a late joining technical "Co-Founder"/ Team Member . . . I am pretty bootstrapped, but I am confident my model will make revenue, just unclear on how much.
The website will be a web 2.0 environment for the tutoring industry.
If you are a drupal expert, want real life start up experience, (hoping to go beta in October), and are willing to work out an equity deal, please email me. I think even someone looking for a side project would work initially.
Good luck on all your co-findings

Employment type:Full time
We're looking for a pretty savvy Drupalist to join the team on an equity basis to assist the current development team in finishing the product off.
We'd prefer someone in the UK but will consider those from farther afield. The project itself is groundbreaking from a business logic perspective but also quite complicated from a Drupal perspective so we need someone who really knows their stuff, ideally someone who has worked on relatively large and complex web applications before.
We have undertaken significant pre-sales both in the UK and overseas, our future clients are telling us that we're onto something big! Please get in touch if you're interested in finding out some more about us
